Lost Packages


"We're responsible for packages that go missing while in transit. However, if your order is marked as delivered but can't be found at the final location, we can't replace it. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we recommend checking with your local post office or asking neighbors for assistance."


Receive the wrong Jewelry


"We're really sorry about this mix-up. If you've received an item that's different from what you ordered, please get in touch with us through our contact page. Include your name, order number, the email you used when ordering, a description of the product, and some photos if possible. We'll respond with instructions on how to resolve the issue. Returns


"All jewelry are final sale, meaning it cannot be returned. This also applies to all items on sale.


Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
